Overview 

Everyone is different and so all the coaching interventions are tailored to meet your needs. We will talk online via Teams or Zoom and I  will use a range of coaching methodologies, tools and techniques to optimise the process for you.

I will help you to establish challenging but realistic actions which we will review on subsequent sessions to explore what you have learnt in the process. It is important to set challenging goals in order to make the required improvements and I will hold you accountable when appropriate. 

The coaching is 100% confidential which is essential if we are to have very honest conversations, enabling us to get to the heart of the matter and for the coaching to be effective. 

As an Professional Certified Coach via International Coaching Federation I will at all times follow the ICF Code of Ethics

Process

Our work will usually start with a free sample coaching session for us both to check that our personal chemistry and style are a good fit. Following this we will agree what your objectives for the coaching are, in conjunction with your manager/HR business partner if appropriate and agree a package of required sessions.

The sessions are usually up to 55 mins long and occur at regular intervals, usually every two weeks, again depending on preference and need. It is important to book a package of sessions as making real change can often be challenging. If it was easy you would not need me! Typically, it can get tough after the first 2 or 3 sessions and so a commitment to 6 or 8 sessions is normal, though you can cancel at any time if you wish. 

Fees

Fees range from £100 - £500 per session, depending on the number of sessions, whether you are a corporate or private customer, along with your role and seniority

Payment - In advance for all sessions

Cancellations/reschedule - It is fine to reschedule with up to 48hrs notice. Within 48-24hrs it will be a 50% charge. Within 24hrs or a no show will be charged 100%. These terms reflect the importance of the session to you in achieving change and show your commitment to the process.

Refund - You are free to cancel our contract whenever you wish with one sessions notice.
